For you, this means working on challenging projects that demand innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership. Role – We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP Finance VIM Consultant to take ownership of Vendor Invoice Management delivery within a large-scale SAP transformation programme. This is a key leadership role within a greenfield implementation and enhancement landscape, where you will drive the design, configuration, and deployment of automated invoice processing solutions across SAP S/4HANA environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP VIM (OpenText) across implementation and rollout phasesOwn solution design, ensuring alignment with SAP Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM) processesEngage with senior business stakeholders to define process design and transformation strategyDrive E2E testing strategy (SIT, UAT, performance testing) and ensure quality deliveryProvide leadership across functional teams, including coordination with IT, QA, and third-party vendorsEnsure adherence to template governance and standardisation principlesOversee workflow automation, exception handling, and invoice processing optimisationSupport cutover, go-live, and hypercare phasesAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP VIM within the programmeKey Skills:Extensive experience as an SAP Finance VIM Consultant, including lead/architect-level responsibilitiesStrong expertise in:OpenText VIM (including ICC, Archive Server)SAP Finance (AP, AR, GL)SAP MM integrationProven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementationsStrong understanding of accounts payable automation and invoice lifecycle managementExperience leading testing, defect management, and release cyclesAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholders and business leadersExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsIf you are interested or would like to know more, please email jonathan.la@focusonsap.org with your CV and availability to speak.Applicants must be a UK resident and holds a valid right to work status.
