Job Description: A senior expert guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Work Management solutions for business processes like maintenance, field service, and project execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy by leading teams, integrating modules (like PM/EAM, PS, Fiori), collaborating with stakeholders, and defining technical roadmaps for large-scale transformations, bridging business needs with SAP's capabilities.

MUST HAVES:

• A minimum of 15 years of SAP Work Management
• A minimum of 10 years of SAP Work Manager
• A minimum of five (5) years of SAP Field Service Management

Job Requirements:

Solution Design - Develop To-Be architectures for Service Management, Asset Management, Plant Maintenance (PM), and Customer Service (CS) within S/4HANA.

Strategy & Roadmap - Define strategic direction, create solution roadmaps, and guide the adoption of new S/4HANA capabilities and SAP BTP for enhancements.

Business Alignment - Bridge business needs (e.g., optimizing work orders, asset performance) with technical SAP solutions, working closely with stakeholders.

Technical Leadership - Provide deep expertise, oversee blueprinting, manage technical aspects of projects, and ensure scalability and performance.

Integration & Best Practices - Ensure seamless integration with other systems (like SAP BTP, IoT, Field Service) and enforce SAP/industry best practices.

Governance - Participate in Design Authority Boards, manage architecture documentation, and ensure compliance.
