JOB TITLE: Lead SDET

LOCATION: Iselin NJ

DURATION: 12 Months Upto 24 Months

EXPECTED PAY: $75 Hourly Max - W2 Only [No C2C No H1b/OPT/CPT]

CLIENT : Wells Fargo

START DATE: 2 Weeks

DUE DATE: 24 - 48 Hours

Day to Day:

Own and lead test automation for multiple complex distributed applications this includes leading a team of Selenium developers

Improve overall test automation practices and cross-train Agile team members

Participate in standard Agile ceremonies to discuss design, development, and implementation of large and complex applications

Perform standard developer activities of code, write unit test, manually unit test, build and release code, run code scans etc. as part of the standard SDLC cycle for the team in an Agile manner

Build Behavior Driven Development based test suite via Gherkin, Cucumber and Selenium

Meet all non-functional requirements for Selenium development as well as meet enterprise guidelines and standards of best practices, accessibility, security, performance, resilience, high availability, code re-usability etc.

Must Haves:

15+ years' engineering experience

Targeting 10 years of Selenium Development experience

5 years Cucumber Development experience

5 years Gherkin Development experience

Understanding on how to build functional and non-functional automated testing for RESTful API, Batches and Angular UI via standard toolsets like BlazeMeter, Cucumber, Karate etc.

Understanding of version control (GitHub), integrated development environment (IntelliJ), CICD (uDeploy, Jenkins etc.) and ability to generate documentation Behavior or testing driven development experience

Experience with JIRA

Experience working in Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidate also has experience in technologies including Oracle, Java/J2EE, XML, Spring Boot
Experience with enterprise level Case Management & Reporting solutions desired
Experience with SQL Server or Teradata
Experience with SOAP web services
Highly prefers experience with Risk and Regulatory Compliance
