Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack React / Node.js)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Full-stack development experience using React.js and Node.js.

• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC best practices.

• Familiarity with Redux, Git, unit testing, and CI/CD workflows.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and mentor others.

• Experience with NestJS, Next.js, or Express.

• Exposure to iPaaS, Salesforce Apex, Styled-components, Heroku, or Heroku Connect.

• Familiarity with Flux or other state management libraries.

• Experience using AI for code generation, automation, or productivity enhancement.
