Lead Software Engineer Java Apply
We are in search of a Lead Software Engineer - Java for an onsite, direct-hire opportunity in Grapevine, TX. The Lead Software Engineer will play a key role in developing critical back-end systems within the engineering ecosystem, specifically focused on systems related to payments, transactions, and customer rewards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Envision and set up a modern technology stack (cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, service-oriented architecture, etc.) to lay the foundation for robust system development
- Architect, design, and build critical back-end systems, such as payments and transaction technologies
- Work with a modern technology stack (cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, service-oriented architecture, etc.)
- Be an advocate for engineering best practices & mentor and coach other engineers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years of cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- History of progression from Software Engineer up through technical leadership levels
- Kubernetes, CI/CD experience desired
- Deep expertise in Java/Spring and/or modern front-end frameworks React/Vue/etc preferred
- Solid e-Commerce and/or Retail technology experience desired
