Lead II - Software Engineering We are seeking an experienced Lead II - Software Engineering professional with strong expertise in Full stack.NET technologies, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications, microservices, and modern observability platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technology stack.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions following cloud-native principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
Contribute to technical documentation and best practices using tools like Confluence.
Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, and monitoring.
Support cloud adoption strategies, including multi-tenancy and orchestration.
Technical Skills:
Application Development Strong experience with: C, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET .NET /.NET Core MVC Framework, WPF Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX Data & integration: XML, T-SQL, PL/SQL REST, SOAP, JSON, Web Services
Exposure to Java (basic/optional) DevOps & Platforms Experience with: Kubernetes, KOB (Kubernetes on Bare Metal) Terraform CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps) Blue-green deployment (desirable) Messaging Services (enterprise messaging platforms) Cloud & Architecture
Strong understanding of: Cloud-native architecture and microservices
Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Twelve-Factor App principles PaaS solutions
Experience with: Cloud Foundry / VMware Tanzu Application Service (TAS) Cloud concepts: Multi-tenancy Virtualization Orchestration Elastic scalability Monitoring & Observability
Expertise in monitoring and logging platforms: Splunk, Power BI Dashboards Prometheus (PromQL, pull model) Grafana (dashboards, metrics correlation) Kibana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Loki (Grafana Labs)
Knowledge of modern observability stack: Prometheus (Metrics) Loki (Logs) Tempo / Jaeger (Tracing) Grafana Dashboards Alertmanager OpenTelemetry (Unified data collection)
Essential Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong foundation in: Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA/OOD) Design patterns, enterprise patterns, anti-patterns
Proven experience in: Designing and deploying.NET-based application frameworks
Building microservices architectures
Hands-on experience with PaaS platforms
Strong knowledge of: MVC data binding concepts Application performance monitoring tools
Experience with: Version control systems (GitLab / Azure DevOps)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders
Experience in enterprise-level engagements
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
