Lead Sonographer Diagnostic Apply
- The job involves performing diagnostic ultrasounds and other required modalities independently, under physician supervision, and with peer collaboration.
- The Lead Sonographer will also manage and lead the team in all work areas.
- The role involves mentoring and educating all levels of staff.
- The job requires a minimum of 8 hours a week administration time.
- The working hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Participation in holiday and weekend rotation is required.
- External candidates who have not worked within the network in the past year are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $15,000.
- Full-time candidates relocating from more than 50 miles away are eligible for relocation assistance up to $9,200.
- The candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- The candidate must be a graduate of a certified CAAHEP school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiologic Technology or a two-year allied health equivalent with extensive on-the-job ultrasound training.
- The candidate must have active ARDMS registration in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular.
- The candidate must have eight years of paid scanning experience.
- Preferred skills include Level I trauma center experience, experience with GE ultrasound technology, Epic EMR, and Visage PACS system.
- The job location is onsite.
- The salary range is $88,000 - $137,000.
- The sign-on bonus is $15,000 and it will be paid in three equal increments at hire, six months, and one year.
