DS Technologies Inc is looking for Lead, Subcontracts role for one of our premier clients.

Overview:
The Lead, Subcontracts will manage the full life-cycle of a subcontract, including sourcing, negotiation, cost and schedule management, and subcontractor execution. The role covers diverse customer segments, including U.S. Federal Government, Commercial, International Governments, and Defense, both domestic and international. The candidate will leverage various subcontract types and collaborate across functions to ensure successful subcontract execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of major subcontracts, including cost, schedule, and technical quality
• Provide subject matter expertise in contract types, government proposals, and risk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and SOW clarity
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, ITAR, EAR, and Prime Contract flow downs
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain KPIs and ROIs
• Support business development activities, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements
• Manage customer/government audits and provide subcontractor execution oversight
• Analyze and communicate program changes to supply chain leadership

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in subcontracts, particularly in defense/government contracts
• Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong managerial experience or defense contractor/government supply chain experience
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma experience, DoD Clearance desired
