Lead Superintendent - Highrise Apartments

The Lead Superintendent will oversee the full ground-up construction of high-rise apartment projects in Miami, managing all on-site operations from mobilization through closeout. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience delivering complex multifamily towers safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence in South Florida, specializing in large-scale high-rise multifamily developments. They are known for delivering landmark apartment projects and maintaining long-term relationships with top-tier developers and subcontractors.
