Lead Svelte Front End Developer

As a Lead Frontend developer, you will lead frontend development of an enterprise AI chatbot framework web application. You will play a key role in developing and guiding the technical team toward delivering business value through GenAI.

What You'll Do

• Develop a highly interactive, user-friendly frontend for an enterprise chatbot web application using Svelte.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior developers.
• Contribute to UI/UX design and translate designs into high-quality code.
• Work alongside the frontend and backend teams to deliver business value by providing an enterprise AI chatbot framework.
• Implement and adhere to software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and frontend application development.
• Expertise of the Svelte framework and strong portfolio of Svelte projects.
• Strong proficiency JavaScript/TypeScript and Svelte.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience throughout the software development life cycle, including design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, frontend, backend, and DevOps.
• Proficiency using Azure or similar cloud computing ecosystem
• Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing chatbot applications leveraging LLMs.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as OpenAI API.
