Develop engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Lead! Manage classroom activities, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate! Build genuine relationships with families to support child achievement and center success. We want energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have: Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. The ability to meet state and center educational requirements. The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Compensation and Benefits: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
