Sr. Lead Technical Product Manager Hybrid – New Jersey / New York City

We're placing a Senior Lead Technical Product Manager with one of our direct enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned PM who thrives at the intersection of complex technical systems, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven product strategy.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading delivery across multiple agile teams, clearing blockers, aligning priorities, and owning cross-org coordination
• Scoping and validating requirements through primary research, prototypes, and experiments
• Building relationships in every direction, mentoring junior PMs, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting priorities to executives
• Working backwards from outcomes, setting up analytics and feedback loops, and course-correcting based on evidence
• Drafting technical specs, testing integrations, wireframing solutions, investigating APIs, and building business cases

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong preference for technical training in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, or a related analytical discipline
• 8 or more years delivering digital products with agile teams
• Hands-on experience shipping ML and GenAI powered products
• Comfort with events-based architecture, scalable data models, and querying databases
• A track record writing functional specifications and technical requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical tradeoffs for any audience
• Experience leading partner integrations from technical diligence through change management
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and agile project tooling
• Bonus experience in regulated industries such as payroll, HR, fintech, or healthcare
