As the Lead Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a team of attorneys and leading the development and execution of trial strategies. Your expertise in personal injury law and trial advocacy will be instrumental in representing clients and securing favorable outcomes.

Salary $180-230k
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of attorneys specializing in personal injury law.
- Develop and execute trial strategies for complex personal injury cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling opening statements, examinations, and closing arguments.
- Oversee the collection and management of evidence, including the coordination of expert witnesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and client communication.
- Stay updated with changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a strong focus on trial work.
- Demonstrated success in leading trial teams and managing complex personal injury cases.
- Excellent knowledge of personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.
- Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle high caseloads and prioritize effectively.
