Role: Lead UAT Tester
Location: Seattle WA, 100% onsite (5 days from office)
Duration : 6+ Months contract

Job Description:

• UAT engineers work closely with end-users to validate that the software or peripheral device meets their requirements and expectations.
• We need a strong UAT Lead Tester with proven leadership experience, solid IFT (Interface / Integration Flow Testing) expertise & hands-on experience with Order Fulfillment scenarios.
• Facilitate testing sessions and standups, vendor management on defects, gather user feedback and ensure the final product aligns with the intended use cases and business requirements.
• Compile UAT Plan per assigned project. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of multiple projects' test plans, cases, results, and other UAT-related artifacts.
• Experience creating test scenarios and test execution for on Telco Lead to order and order to cash flows for B2B.
• Experience in quality assurance.
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience with Jira & Confluence.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience leading process improvements
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
• Knowledge of a spectrum of technical platforms and tools, (iOS, Android, Mac, PC, etc).
• Experience using data to influence business decisions,
• Experience working with diversified stakeholders including Program Managers, QAEs, TPMs, Developers, Operations, and leadership.
• Ability to be flexible and self-govern multiple projects and effectively report on each.
