Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Overtime is required as needed, with mandatory overtime required through the months of September through end of December. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment. Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control. Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Apply a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Work at heights of up to 25 feet on stock racks while operating equipment. Remain on the move, working on your feet for extended periods and working overtime as needed. Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures. Onboard and train new hires. Support operational leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks. Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts. Handle inventory control tasks, including adjustments, returns, and shortages. Assist with e‑commerce and will call as needed. Perform additional job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations. A portion of this position will include backup driver duties. You will drive a box truck or van on routes that involve 10‑20 deliveries per day, provide outstanding customer service as the “face” of our company, perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, maintain accurate records and logs, and operate a handheld device to confirm delivery fulfillment. Protective equipment, including steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL), is required. The work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires and lubricants. Qualifications Must be 21 years or older. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record in compliance with our driver policy. At least 1 year of professional driving experience (box truck, van, or semi) and successful completion of a company road test. At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Trainable and able to safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts; must pass a forklift certification test. Follow instructions and safe operating procedures. Demonstrate quality customer service skills. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC).
