Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lean Coordinator located in Muskegon, MI. The Lean Coordinator will be responsible for driving lean initiatives, facilitating continuous improvement programs, and supporting operational excellence across various departments. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and monitoring lean tools, analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies, and managing projects to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lean Management and utilization of Lean Tools
• Experience in fostering Operational Excellence and driving process improvements
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization
• Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor improvement initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is an advantage
