Learning & Development SpecialistWe are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Learning & Development Specialist to lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our learning strategy and workforce development initiatives. This role will design, develop, and implement AI-focused learning programs while also leveraging AI tools to enhance learning experiences, personalization, and organizational capability building.The ideal candidate combines expertise in instructional design with a strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and applications in the workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Learning Strategy & Program DevelopmentDesign and implement AI literacy programs across the organization.Develop curriculum on topics such as Generative AI, Machine Learning fundamentals, AI ethics, automation, and data-driven decision-making.Partner with business leaders to identify AI skill gaps and future capability needs.Create learning pathways for technical and non-technical audiences.Instructional Design & DeliveryDevelop engaging eLearning, workshops, microlearning modules, and blended learning programs.Facilitate AI-focused training sessions (virtual and in-person).Create hands-on learning experiences using AI tools and platforms.Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve content.AI-Enhanced Learning InnovationLeverage AI tools to personalize learning journeys and improve learner engagement.Use analytics and AI-driven insights to track learning outcomes.Explore emerging AI technologies and recommend applications for corporate learning.Automate aspects of learning design and administration where appropriate.Collaboration & Change ManagementWork cross-functionally with HR, IT, Data, and business teams to support AI adoption.Support change management initiatives related to AI transformation.Promote responsible and ethical AI use within learning programs.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.Strong understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI, machine learning basics, automation, AI ethics).Experience designing digital learning content.Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-based LMS features, automation platforms).Excellent facilitation and communication skills.Strong project management abilities.Preferred QualificationsCertification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD).Experience implementing AI in corporate environments.Knowledge of data analytics or data visualization tools.Experience in digital transformation initiatives.Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics tools.Technical SkillsInstructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)eLearning development tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)AI tools and applications (Generative AI platforms, AI-enabled analytics)LMS administrationData analysis and reportingChange management principlesSalaryExpected salary range $75,000 - $90,000Please note the Salary range is subject to change in the future in accordance with Phenom's policiesBenefitsHealth and wellness benefits/programs to support holistic employee healthFlexible hours and working schedules, as well as parental leave for new parentsGenerous vacation policies & holiday time offGrowing organization with career pathing and development opportunitiesTons of perks and extras in every office and even to those who work remotely!Diversity, Equity, & InclusionOur commitment to diversity runs deep!
