We have partnered with a company in the New York area to provide them with a Learning and Development Specialist. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Requirements for the Learning and Development Specialist:

• Plan, develop, and promote continuous employee development and employee engagement.
• Develop, design, and execute strategies to further employee development through the creation of training programs that will improve employee performance.
• Plan and coordinate employee events and activities to improve wellbeing and enhance employee engagement.
• Strong in advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience in ADP or learning systems.
• 2-3 years of experience in learning or training.

• In office role
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
