JOB DESCRIPTION:

Robert Half is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to be responsible for the successful implementation of Learning and Development training programs. They will partner with cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver support of training programs. The Learning Delivery Specialist will manage all day-to-day tasks associated with learning programs, Learning Management System, and other various learning support platforms. This position will require strong coordination between multiple Learning and Development teams as well as cross-functional teams. This role requires strong technical and collaboration skills.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Administration of all instructors led training in the Learning Management System to provide training calendars, manage enrollment, communication, and reporting.
  • Responsible for collecting and maintaining data and preparing basic reporting for Senior and Executive management.
  • Manages configuring courses, user permissions, user roles, learning paths and pre and post learning assets and communication in the Learning Management System.
  • Interaction with learner end users to resolve technical issues in the Learning Management System.
  • Consult with subject matter experts, learning experience designers, and other stakeholders to develop courses and programs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Administration of multiple assessment systems and learning evaluation platforms.
  • Provide support with any tasks that need additional assistance to ensure a remarkable participant learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in Program & Training Coordination and Delivery.
  • 2+ years of Learning Management System.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and technical skills. Knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint and Teams required).
  • Excellent effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a high capacity for work output.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements/efficiencies in a program/project.
  • As a member of an evolving team and business, you will need to handle fast paced situations with a focus on key outcomes; respond quickly with a calm demeanor when presented with last minute requests/changes; and use good judgment to implement real-time adjustments.
  • Critical Thinking.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Self-Motivated and goal oriented.
  • Strong consulting skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with escalated issues.
  • Ability to work with interruptions in a high-volume department.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$25.48 - $37.50
