Learning & Development Coordinator - FreelancerWe’re looking for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support and optimize our training initiatives across the organization.What you’ll doSupport and implement learning policies and training programs across departmentsTrack learning trajectories and improve training effectivenessManage training budgets and apply for relevant subsidiesCoordinate with training providers, trainers, and internal stakeholdersSupport daily training planning and L&D administrationHandle training requests, travel bookings, and administrative follow-up (attendance lists, certificates)Manage the L&D mailbox and provide first-line supportWhat you bring3–5 years of experience in HR/Admin or L&D (corporate environment preferred)Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of labor laws and training regulationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of O365; CSOD experience is a plusFluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a major plusEducationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
