Learning Experience Manager Apply

Do you have supervisory experience and a knack for fostering collaboration and engagement within a university setting and community setting? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Digital Learning Experience Manager, responsible for creating and facilitating programming at the new U of U/ SLCC Juniper campus in Herriman, UT.
Responsibilities
- Adobe Badging: Organize workshops to guide faculty, staff, and students towards receiving Adobe badges for Adobe programs, enhancing their digital skills.
- Promotion: Provide direction around the promotion of new and existing Adobe workshops, training materials, and events at the Herriman Campus.
- Customer Service: Ensure quality customer service for patrons of our services by analyzing complaints, concerns, and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-through.
- Performance Evaluations: Ensure the competency of staff through organized professional development activities and ongoing staff performance evaluations.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of various digital content types, including websites, knowledge base articles, videos, and social media posts.
- Monitor Trends: Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies to ensure that department initiatives and workshops remain current and generate interest.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Four to six years of progressively more responsible management experience. Background knowledge of hiring departments area of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors. Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department.
Completion of provided supervisory training within one year of employment may be required.
Masters degree in a related area may be preferred.
