Complete case reviews to process recertifications and lease renewals; Research and provide an accurate analysis of case activities; Use case research to inform processing.

Duties:

• Perform income, and lease review calculations of rent
• Ability to navigate online databases
• Complete case processing
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
