As a Leasing Agent at Norhart, you'll bring your energy and pride to work every day, connecting with residents, supporting our community, and helping to shape an extraordinary living experience for everyone.
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 10am-6pm
Location: Forest Lake
Pay rate: 20/hr + $75 per lease commission.
Position Summary
Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to connect with others, has a knack for social media, and possesses strong written communication skills. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Processing rental and renewal applications, ensuring timely completion.
- Welcoming new residents, orienting them to the community, and handling move-in processes.
- Supporting the move-out process with the goal of receiving top-notch feedback.
- Responding to resident concerns with empathy and professionalism to prevent escalation.
- Contributing to the community’s cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Assisting in the planning and hosting of resident functions.
- Collaborating on marketing strategies to exceed leasing goals and staying current on multi-family marketing trends.
- Working closely with facilities and construction teams to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.

Requirements
This position requires an imaginative, forward thinker with a creative mind to produce unique marketing ideas.
- Strong background in sales, customer service or retail
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Marketing Background/Social Media experience
- Ability to engage in high level interpersonal interactions.
- Willingness to do “whatever it takes” to achieve goals.
- The schedule requires availability Tuesday to Saturdays 10am to 6pm
- Someone that is driven and self-motivated, not afraid to try new things and “disrupt the industry”!
- Wants to work in a fun, fast-paced environment - we are not your typical property management company!
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, & reliable vehicle (Driving between properties in Forest Lake will be required)
- Must pass a criminal background check
