What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area What We’re Looking For You’re outgoing, organized, and motivated to succeed. You work well with people, manage multiple priorities, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction.
