Guide applicants through the leasing process and schedule lease signings. Process applications accurately within 24 hours.Resident support & engagement: Communicate professionally with residents. Assist with resident needs in a proactive, solution-focused manner. Support retention initiatives and promote a welcoming atmosphere.Team collaboration: Work closely with property team members to reach shared goals. Contribute to a supportive and cooperative team culture. Demonstrate flexibility during busy periods or weekend rotations.Marketing & outreach: Assist with property marketing efforts including outreach, flyers, and research.Compliance: Adhere to fair housing laws and company policies.What we're looking for:Qualifications: Candidates with customer service experience encouraged to apply, prior leasing a plus! Valid driver's license and auto insurance if traveling between properties.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service-focused mindset.
