Our products and services include LED walls, sign fixtures, casino signs, automotive displays, backlit graphics, fiber optics, slot glass, slot pedestals, 3D sculptures, neon lighting, exterior commercial signage and interior commercial signage.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to grow our LED Tile Digital Signage business and open new markets for our unique product offerings. The National Account Manager will reach his or her business targets by developing leads and relationships with marketing content providers, property management firms, retail, commercial and government marketing and brand sourcing decision makers. These relationships will be supported by a superior product offering and a professional operational team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual with the correct skill set. Although thorough training will be provided, we are looking for an experienced, seasoned sales professional, with technical sales experience.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is self-motivated, flexible, and committed to working hard with the Creative Surfaces team.

The position is remote and will require frequent travel within the United States.

LOCATION: Head office is located in Sioux Falls South Dakota, however candidates for this position can be based anywhere in the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide prospective customers subject-matter expertise in LED digital signage hardware, and design
  • Partner with the project management team, other departments, and third-party resources throughout the lifecycle of the account/project.
  • Prospect and develop new leads
  • Provide internal reporting through all phases of the pre-sales cycle
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships through project sales cycle.
  • Determine customer requirements and overall solution functionalities via communication with internal departments and prospective customers.
  • Maintain awareness of new innovative technology offerings and market trends to ensure best-in-class solutions to prospective customers. This includes maintaining relationships with current and prospective technology vendors.
  • Determine cost and service requirements for each project scope.
  • Provide sales and technology demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Prepare technical documentation and instructions.
  • Provide technical support to internal department stakeholders to ensure customer objectives are understood.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish sales and margin goals
  • Generate quotes, RFP documentation, and scope of work contracts, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to address customer requirements
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and partnerships that would lead to an increase in sales
  • Promote the companys products and services through various marketing programs including but not limited to:
    • Social media and web initiatives
    • Leveraging existing contacts
    • Implement lead generation strategies
    • Market the company through outgoing calls and site visits to customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with a proven track record of prospecting, closing and managing national accounts
  • Previous experience in digital signage, store fixture or technical sales preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing the sales process using a CRM system
  • Ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint required
  • Independent, self-motivated sales professional
  • Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Ability to prospect via telephone or other media to set in-person appointments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulates proposals clearly and concisely in a variety of settings
  • Driven to produce a high level of sales performance
  • Dynamic outgoing personality with the ability to network at industry functions and local associations.
  • Experience working closely with Designers, Architectural Interior Designers, Marketing Experts, and Brand Content Creators is preferred
  • Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals.
  • Motivated and consistently identifies new sources of business.

  • Ability to work in a technical industry

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Manual dexterity required to operate computer and peripherals
  • Valid Drivers License required
  • Extensive travel within the United States of approximately 10 days per month

COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • First year minimum annual compensation of $100,000
  • Subsequent years compensation will transition to a base salary plus commission structure; commission percentage will be escalating once thresholds are met.
