Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a talented eCommerce / Marketplace Account Manager who can elevate and manage our online marketplace presence. This role calls for a deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics and a knack for boosting sales through strategic account management and focused marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and our official website.
  • Track account performance, analyze key metrics and sales trends, and put actionable strategies in place to enhance results.
  • Design and manage promotional campaigns tailored to each marketplace, ensuring they align with our overall marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure operational excellence and consistency across all channels.
  • Forge strong relationships with marketplace providers and advocate for the brand’s interests during negotiations.
  • Stay updated on marketplace improvements, algorithm shifts, and competitive landscape to leverage new opportunities.
  • Regularly review product listings to ensure optimization, focusing on high-quality images, descriptions, and keyword usage.
  • Provide the senior management team with regular reports on marketplace performance, showcasing key achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing eCommerce platforms or marketplace accounts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart, or other similar marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding project management capabilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and SEO best practices is a bonus!
