The Law Office of Russell F. Bergin is a well established firm that provides exceptional legal services to large self-insured companies, in the area of liability defense. We are located in the heart of Clermont, FL next to the Downtown Waterfront area.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant that requires the ability to work in a face paced atmosphere and manage multiple responsibilities. These include assisting with the preparation and organization of legal documents, managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, scheduling depositions and hearings, and coordinating communications. The role is pivotal in providing support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and an exemplary client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and excellent Organization Skills
- Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in office software and tools and a willingness to learn Practice Panther
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaboratively with a team
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is required
