Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a well-established professional office in the Danville area. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment that values accuracy, communication, and teamwork. While this is not a legal administrative role, candidates with previous exposure to legal offices, civil litigation, or paralegal support will find that experience highly beneficial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Draft and proofread letters, emails, and business documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files to ensure quick and reliable access to information.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications to keep the team organized and informed.
  • Assist with assembling and formatting materials related to projects, client matters, or court filings.
  • Track priorities and upcoming deadlines, ensuring a proactive approach to time management.
  • Handle confidential information discreetly and in accordance with company policies.
  • Record and report attendance and administrative updates as required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accurate records.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Calm and composed under shifting priorities, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
