Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Draft and proofread letters, emails, and business documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files to ensure quick and reliable access to information.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications to keep the team organized and informed.
- Assist with assembling and formatting materials related to projects, client matters, or court filings.
- Track priorities and upcoming deadlines, ensuring a proactive approach to time management.
- Handle confidential information discreetly and in accordance with company policies.
- Record and report attendance and administrative updates as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting, supporting multiple leaders or departments.
- Experience in or around a legal office, law firm, or civil litigation environment preferred. Paralegal experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread and prepare professional correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Calm and composed under shifting priorities, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
