Our client is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for its Miami office. Qualifications At least five years of experience in business transactions and tax and probate Bilingual English/Spanish required (proficiency in French is a plus) Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and strong organizational skills Proactive work style Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document-management systems (Filesite experience preferred) Key Responsibilities Prepare, proofread, and revise documents for attorneys Schedule travel and appointments; maintain calendars Maintain files and records Submit new-business/matter-opening paperwork and conflict requests Enter time and assist with client billing Provide support to other assistants and attorneys as needed Actual salaries will vary depending on factors such as experience and skill set; the listed range is only one component of our client's total compensation package. Additional monetary rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses tied to performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits suite to promote health and financial security, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life, accident, and disability coverage; 401(k) retirement benefits; commuter benefits; and well-being programs.
