Responsibilities
- Conduct administrative tasks related to attorney support including calendar management meeting coordination and client communications
- Draft correspondence legal documents reports and case preparation materials with accuracy and efficiency
- Support attorneys in managing billable time expense tracking invoicing and confidential client information
- Coordinate food and beverage orders for client meetings and events while maintaining filing systems and meeting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 1–2 years of administrative or legal experience preferred
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint) and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
