ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site position for an Administrative Assistant/Paralegal within the Estate Planning department. The Administrative Assistant/Paralegal will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including drafting Estate Planning documents, managing schedules, handling correspondence, filing important documents, and may include answering and directing phone call and providing support to attorneys as needed. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
QUALIFICATIONS
*Experience in drafting Estate Planning documents
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
*Effective written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
*Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication
