The leading western suburban Chicago law firm has an immediate need for a detail-oriented estate planning secretary with one to three years of experience to join its Estate Planning Group.


The ideal candidate must have 3 - 5 years of experience working on sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters, have a ‘deadline oriented’ attitude, and a desire for significant client interaction.


Experience with Word Perfect, Word and Excel is a must.

Knowledge of WealthCounsel, Time Matters and Juris, a plus.


All candidates must have a professional, positive and cheerful attitude with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
