Job Title: Legal Assistant
Location: Bergen County, NJ (on site)
Shift: M-F 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 dependent on experience

Overview: Premier Bergen County law firm for over 30 Years seeks a qualified Legal Assistant to support the Estate/Trust/ Elder department.
Responsibilities:
• Provides crucial support by drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, managing probate filings, and maintaining client communication
• General administrative support including emailing, filing, scanning, copying, collating, etc.
• Assist with transferring assets into trusts and maintaining trust records.
• This role requires meticulous organization for tracking deadlines, organizing files, and preparing documents.
• Maintain calendars, schedule client meetings, and track important deadlines.
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of legal administrative assistant experience
• Extremely detail oriented, organized, and a great listener
• Highly computer/Microsoft savvy
