Scope/Purpose:
- Under the supervision of a lead attorney specializing in Intellectual Property, the Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to Attorneys and Paralegals within the Intellectual Property Center of Excellence (COE) at Client's Law Department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare specialized Intellectual Property forms, including Abandonment and Declaration documents.
- Schedule and organize meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for Attorneys.
- Independently gather and compile information following established procedures.
- Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Manage daily routine tasks with high attention to detail.
- Ensure all work is error-free, with thorough follow-up to complete tasks.

Required Education & Experience:
- Associate degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Notary Public certification.
