To enhance our client service, we are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Legal Intake Specialist.

**Position Overview:**

The Legal Intake Specialist plays a pivotal role in our client acquisition strategy by being the first point of contact for prospective clients.
In this role, you will engage with leads over the phone, accurately assess their legal needs, and schedule quality, vetted appointments on our attorneys' calendars.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting follow-ups after consultations, sending out retainer agreements, and processing payments.
This role demands excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong proficiency in computer systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Engage with prospective clients via phone, introducing them to our legal services and assessing their needs.

- Qualify leads to ensure they align with our practice areas and service capabilities.

- Schedule consultations and appointments for qualified leads with the appropriate attorney.

- Conduct follow-ups after consultations to address any questions and encourage the next steps.

- Manage the preparation and dispatch of retainer agreements to prospective clients.

- Process payments and ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions.

- Maintain precise records of interactions with prospective clients in our CRM system.

- Work closely with our legal team to refine intake processes and enhance client satisfaction.

- Keep abreast of our services, practice areas, and any relevant legal changes.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role; experience in a legal setting is a plus.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

- High proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of team collaboration.

- High school diploma required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
