We Are Hiring | Legal Matter Expert – We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage advisory, compliance, contract, and litigation matters related to power transmission projects and corporate operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advisory support and ensure compliance with the Electricity Act, 2003 and other applicable laws.Draft, review, and vet contracts including EPC, consultancy, vendor agreements, MoUs, and tenders.Liaise with the State Electricity Regulatory Commission and handle regulatory filings, tariff petitions, and statutory submissions.Manage litigation, arbitration, and coordinate with panel advocates.Handle corporate, service, and labour law matters; assist in policy drafting and statutory compliance.Conduct legal risk assessment and support dispute resolution processes.Maintain proper legal documentation and ensure timely statutory renewals.EligibilityLLB (Bachelor’s Degree in Law)Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in legal and corporate/service matters within the Power Sector
