Role DescriptionThe Legal Officer is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya. The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other compliance-related materials. The Legal Officer will provide legal advice and consultations on business-related and regulatory issues while ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Additional duties include maintaining records, conducting legal research, and collaborating with other departments to address legal matters.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Business Law and general legal principlesExpertise in Contract Law and Legal Document PreparationExperience in providing Legal Consulting servicesProficient in analyzing and interpreting legal documentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Law or related field; a professional law qualification is an advantageExperience in corporate or commercial law is preferredProficiency in relevant legal software and tools is a plus
