Overview IST Management is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join the Naples team today! The Legal Receptionist will be responsible for providing daily corporate reception/front desk, hospitality, and other administrative support services on‑site in a professional environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in reception services, possess an excellent customer service mindset, display clear communication abilities, be willing to train, and be ready to grow in their professional office services career. No nights or weekends. Responsibilities Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors; maintaining a safe and clean reception area in compliance with procedures, rules, and policies. Operating the telecommunication system, following instructions for office phone operation. Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents. Copying, scanning, faxing, sorting, and distributing mail to client employees. Demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; following confidentiality policies. Preparing and setting up conference rooms for meetings; ordering meals and working with catering vendors for office events; sorting and filing documents electronically. Performing other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED); authorized to work in the U.S.; willingness to submit to a required pre‑employment drug screen. Professional appearance and demeanor; keyboarding and Windows PC skills. Prior customer service/retail/hospitality experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work individually or in a team environment and perform multiple tasks. Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to cross‑train for other job functions; ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Self‑motivated and willing to train.
