Impact:
As our Legal Recruiter in our Human Resources Department, you will have the opportunity to source, interview, and assist in the hiring process for top talent across all departments in the firm.
Daily Tasks:
- Conduct and attend initial requisition and status report meetings with Hiring Managers.
- Create job ads and manage job board posts.
- Conduct phone screens with potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with Hiring Managers.
- At least 2 years of experience in Legal Recruiting is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with external job boards such as LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter and Indeed.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with Office 365 software.
- Compensation range is $80,000 110,000.
