Legal Recruiting Specialist
Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for a full-time Legal Recruiting Specialist. This individual will be responsible for firm wide recruitment efforts, new hire onboarding and various other projects.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit attorneys and legal professionals across all offices using LinkedIn recruiter and Leopard Solutions
- Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate communications.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems alongside HR Manager and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring policies.
- Work with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements for accurate posting
- Work with HR Manager to facilitate new hires through the onboarding processes including orientation scheduling, documentation, and systems access.
- Assist with summer associate program planning and execution.
- Support DEI and professional development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5years of recruitment experience in a law firm setting.
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in business, law, or related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellenttime management skills with the ability to meet all deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter
