Job Title: Legal Tech PM

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the global legal transformation programme across multiple regions.
  • Manage full end-to-end lifecycle delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Drive integration of AI capabilities into legal workflows, knowledge management, and document processes.
  • Oversee delivery across key workstreams including:
    • Legal workflow management
    • Document management and legal document storage
    • Knowledge management hub
    • Policy management solutions
    • Investigation / mitigation tracking
    • Approval processes
    • Dashboards, analytics, and demand tracking

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders, legal teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate global stakeholder alignment, communication, and change-readiness.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish programme governance, risk management, RAID logs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Provide regular programme status updates to senior leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate programme risks and issues proactively.

Change & Adoption

  • Oversee organisational change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technology.
  • Develop training, communications, and implementation plans in partnership with Legal Operations and Change teams.

Process & Technology Optimization

  • Assess current-state legal processes and define future-state operating models.
  • Ensure new legal tech solutions meet business requirements, compliance needs, and integration expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all workstreams.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, global transformation programmes within Legal, Legal Operations, or related corporate functions.
  • Strong background in legal technology, workflow tools, document management, knowledge management, or AI-enabled legal solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation, selection, and management.
  • Solid understanding of change management, process optimisation, and operating model design.
  • Knowledge of modern AI, automation, and analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Legal operations, consulting, or Big 4 transformation experience is a plus.
