As a Lemon Law Associate, you will play a vital role in advocating for consumers who have purchased defective vehicles. You will work closely with clients to assess their situations, gather evidence, and build strong cases for compensation and resolution. Your knowledge of lemon law regulations and your attention to detail will be crucial in helping clients navigate through the complex legal process.

Salary $180-230k
Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential lemon law cases and determine their merits.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as demand letters, complaints, and motions.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Develop strategies to maximize clients' chances of success.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in lemon law regulations and relevant legal precedents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular communication.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience practicing Civil Litigation or lemon law.
- Strong understanding of lemon law regulations and consumer protection laws.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
