Senior Lettings Manager – Wokingham We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager to join a vibrant Wokingham Branch! This role offers you the chance to thrive and succeed in a supportive and rewarding environment! The PackageBasic Salary: £27,000 to £33,000OTE: £40,000 to £55,000 What You'll Be Doing:
- Establishing the largest active market share in the area, making you the go-to property expert
- Maximizing revenues and expanding our property register, showcasing your excellent negotiation skills
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and glowing referrals
- Achieving branch profit targets and meeting financial objectives with finesse
- Managing our fantastic team through effective leadership and action planning
- Using your innovative thinking to drive market growth and make a real impact
- Previous experience in Estate Agency and outstanding customer service skills
- Proven track record of target achievement and a never-give-up attitude
- Strong team management skills and collaboration abilities
