Summary:
-
Perform stress analysis for aircraft primary structures using classical and finite element (FE) methods.
-
Conduct static strength, stability, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses following industry standards.

Design structural repairs and assess modifications to ensure structural integrity.

Analyze and evaluate both metallic and composite structures.

Prepare detailed stress analysis reports and develop analysis packages.
Required Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, or equivalent technical education.

8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Desired Skills:
-
Expertise in aircraft structural repair design and analysis, especially fuselage and wing structures.

Familiarity with Boeing structural analysis tools (e.g., CSW, DTANAL) is a plus.

Strong technical writing and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and provide progress updates.

Knowledge of repair concepts, including station processes, component repairs, procedures, warranties, and contractual agreements.
