License Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor Apply
We are seeking full-time compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist who are licensed in Nevada as Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) to join our dynamic team. As a therapist, you will provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing emotional, behavioral, mental health or substance abuse challenges. As a provider serving our diverse population from youths and adolescents to families and adults, you will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being through office-based, school-based and telehealth services.
Who We Are
Miracle Minds Therapy powered by UCF is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting healthy social, emotional, and behavioral skills for children, adolescents, adults, and families in Nevada. Miracle Minds is working to change the dynamics of behavioral health by bringing services to youth and adolescents where they live and attend school, and not require families to navigate the complex field of behavioral health to locate a provider for their child or family member. Services are delivered at two community sites, telehealth, or at one of the Clark County School District sites.

Schedules: Full-time or part-time (day and/or evening) or weekend shifts; 8-hour or 10-hour shifts; the potential for hybrid-schedules; or remote for contracted late afternoon or early evening hours.
Salary: Average range of $75,000 - $90,000, depending on education, qualifications, skills and years of service and experience.
Ability to commute/relocate: Las Vegas, Nevada

Responsibilities:
Conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with other professionals, such as school staff or medical providers, as needed
Participating in team meetings and supervision sessions
Attending trainings and continuing education opportunities to improve clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
Current LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LADC, LCADC in Nevada
Experience providing counseling or therapy services to diverse populations
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for common mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
