Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

What This Role Is About

This position is focused on delivering steady, one-on-one mental health care through telehealth. As an LCMHC, your day will involve scheduled therapy sessions, clear documentation standards, and ongoing client progress work—without in-office responsibilities or unpredictable hours.

Your Day-to-Day Work

• Hold individual therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and structured treatment plans
• Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches
• Follow Vermont licensure and telehealth practice requirements

Requirements

• Active Vermont LCMHC license
• Master’s degree in counseling or a related mental health field
• Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy settings
• Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
