Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide ongoing therapy services to adults through a remote care model. This position focuses on consistent client engagement, practical treatment planning, and measurable progress, all within a predictable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using secure telehealth tools
• Perform clinical evaluations and establish treatment goals
• Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Apply evidence-based interventions aligned with client needs
• Maintain compliance with Vermont licensure and telehealth rules

Requirements

• Active Vermont LCMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health-related field
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
