Position: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thoughtful evaluations that guide clients toward effective treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Work alongside clients to set achievable goals and track their progress.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation that ensures quality and compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your skills.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus an attractive benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active LCMHC license in Vermont State.
• Experience working with a diverse range of individuals.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team.
