Role Summary: We seek skilled therapists passionate about guiding clients toward achieving their personal goals. Ideal candidates are experienced in delivering evidence-based counseling to diverse groups and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and craft tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing various approaches.
  • Partner with clients to set actionable goals and track progress.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in line with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline.
  • Active LCMHC license in the state.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
